Infants referred through APORS (Adverse Pregnancy Outcome Reporting System) are provided with home visits on a periodic basis. A physical and developmental assessment is completed. Referrals to other service providers are also made. Infants and children determined to be high risk who are not referred through APORS are also provided assessment and referral services.
