be set hours for pill pick-up: Monday afternoons, 1-3:30
and Thursday afternoons, 3-4:30. Please call
815-284-3371 to make arrangements for your pick-up.
Services
are available on a "sliding fee for service" basis.
On-site clinics are held to provide women with annual
reproductive examinations. Reproductive and
contraceptive education and choice of contraceptive
methods are available. Follow-up laboratory reports and
type of contraception are provided according to
individual need. Basic infertility services and
referral are also provided to persons trying to achieve
pregnancy, as is pregnancy testing. Services are
provided to male partners of clients. |
