Immunization Program

Immunization Clinics are held two to five days per week (by appointment only).  Vaccines that are provided include the following:  diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chickenpox), polio, Haemophilus influenza type b (HIB), pneumococcal, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, meningococcal, rotavirus, human papilloma virus (HPV) and influenza.  Some vaccines are limited to certain age groups.  Call for fee information.  Medicaid is accepted.
