Environmental Health Coordinator

The Lee County Health Department seeks a full-time supervisor for our Environmental Health division.  This individual will coordinate and direct work in our Environmental Health programs including food, wells and septics.  The position has the potential to become part of the department’s management team.  Bachelor of Science degree and at least 2 years’ experience in the field of Environmental Health in the public or private sector required.  Must be a Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner.   Must be able to interpret laws, rules and regulations and local codes and ordinances.  Excellent interpersonal and oral & written communication skills needed.  Supervisory experience a plus.
