BBO-C program provides pregnant and parenting clients with direct, comprehensive, 1:1 nursing assessments and assistance to connect and engage with desired services and understand the importance of a medical home. The registered nurse provides comprehensive nursing assessment and any immediate nursing intervention necessary to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their infants. The BBO-C program provides these services throughout pregnancy and the first six months after birth to Illinois residents who meet the eligibility criteria.
