Case management services are provided at no cost to pregnant women and infants under the age of one year who meet specific income guidelines. An
Infants referred through APORS (Adverse Pregnancy Outcome Reporting System) are provided with home visits on a periodic basis. A physical and developmental assessment is completed.
Immunization clinics are held Monday through Friday by appointment. Numerous types of vaccines are available depending on age and qualifications including uninsured and under-insured. Limited
